Of course, this movie had a lot of publicity and what film can fulfill all .... Yada Yada Yada. Even assuming that this film is a bit of a disappointment. This film shows that not only is fun special effects to see Star Wars. It was as if George Lucas was so excited I could do with CGI effects, he forgot what made the original trilogy so great that it is written and the characters. Not a bad movie, but the problems are many people-many.I forgiven for this movie mediocre as they say, is only the first trilogy and was getting everything else to follow. Wrong wrong wrong, this movie should be your own movie, especially, there were three other films. Must have good characters and the story somewhat interesting .... The conflict-didnt. that this story revolves around commercial disputes and the fate of the planet Naboo. Someone was thinking about this? The details of the case are somewhat vague and generate real interest is revealed is not enough for us to root for a particular team. The major conflict and increase your Sideous Darth kept far in the background. We do not even know why he hates Jedi Darth Maul so .... it just does. It is possible that Luke wanted Darth Maul to be something like Boba Fett (silent and mysterious). He worked for Boba Fett was only supporting character, not the villain. This film really has no clear villain. I wish someone would have the courage and simply said that his story was simple Lucas lousy. Sunday seems especially happy in this film. Qui-Gon is really the only character that can be related to, and even that is quite far. The Queen acts as a mannequin in a lot of scenes (and well). Obi-Wan Kenobi walks throughout the film pointless and never say anything interesting. The characters do not seem to talk about anything except the plot (unlike the first film). C3PO and R2-D2 were pretty useless. The Jedi Council comes across as extremely cold buracratic. I'll never understand why children from Annakin wrote a grade school in this film. He is a teenager. His scenes with the queen were not comfortable. Neither would discuss other things Jar.Various Jar ... The thing seems midochlorians recently inserted into. The humor falls flat unless you are a very small child. Annakin destroy the last ship of commerce and safves all basically by mistake! George Lucas and ILM seem so happy with their new toys CGI spends 95% of his time to perfect them. Frankly I thought the FX Return of the Jedi were sharper, more dimensional and less cartoonish. Nothing seems to happen all the memorable here. This film never would have been as good as the hype, but it could have been much better. I waited so long for this movie, but the first time I saw this movie was actually boring middle of it.There are good times. The pod race was fun, as was the lightsaber battle at the end. There are some very good special effects throughout. Hopefully Luke just had writer's block when he wrote this. Perhaps we remember what he did the other films so good in time for Episode II. Although the title seems frustrated that fact.
